What “connections” means
One connection is one stream playing at a time — not one installed device. You can install your player on a TV, phone and tablet, but with a 1-connection plan only one can play at any moment. Families who watch on several screens at once should choose 2–5 connections.
How payment works

One connection means one stream playing at a time. You can install the app on several devices, but with one connection only one of them can play at any moment. Choose more connections if several people watch at once.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price of your plan. Note that some third-party player apps (for example IBO Player) charge their own activation fee to their developer — that is separate from your plan.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Plans are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Before your plan ends you can renew by placing a new order.
