Troubleshooting

“Max Connections Reached”: Understanding Connection Limits

Quick answer

Each Kemo IPTV plan includes 1 to 5 connections. One connection is one stream playing at the same time — not one installed device. If more streams play at once than your plan allows, the extra stream is refused.

What you might see

  • “Max connections reached”
  • A stream stops when someone else starts watching
  • Login works but playback is refused

Likely causes

  • More simultaneous streams than your plan includes
  • A player still running in the background on another device
  • Multi-view / picture-in-picture uses an extra connection

Step-by-step fixes

  1. Stop other streams. Close the player completely on devices you're not using, then wait 1–2 minutes.
  2. Avoid multi-view. Watching two channels at once in one app uses two connections.
  3. Upgrade your connections. If your household regularly watches on several screens at once, choose a plan with more connections on the Pricing page.

Check it worked

Start playback on one device only and confirm it plays.
