General service
What is Kemo IPTV?
Kemo IPTV is an IPTV subscription that delivers 39,000+ live TV channels and 260,000+ on-demand movies and series over your internet connection. You watch it in an IPTV player app on devices such as Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, smart TVs, phones and computers.
Is kemoiptv.us.com the official Kemo IPTV website?
No. Several websites use the Kemo IPTV name. kemoiptv.us.com is operated by an independent reseller, and we don't claim to be the official or only provider. We aim to be transparent about our pricing, trial, refund process and limits.
Which countries is Kemo IPTV available in?
Our main audiences are the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, with viewers in Germany, France and elsewhere. The lineup includes channels from 150+ countries. Availability of specific channels can change, so test with the free trial first.
Is Kemo IPTV the same as Kemo TV or KemoIPTV?
People search for the service under several spellings, including Kemo TV and KemoIPTV. This website, kemoiptv.us.com, is one independent reseller; other sites using similar names are run separately.
Is IPTV legal?
IPTV is a delivery technology and is used by many licensed services. Whether a particular service or content is lawful depends on the content's licensing and the laws where you live. You're responsible for following the laws in your country; our Terms explain acceptable use.
Subscriptions
What plan lengths are available?
You can choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, each with 1 to 5 connections. The 6-month plan is the most popular; the 12-month plan has the lowest monthly equivalent.
What does one connection mean?
One connection means one stream playing at a time. You can install the app on several devices, but with one connection only one of them can play at any moment. Choose more connections if several people watch at once.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Plans are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Before your plan ends you can renew by placing a new order.
Can I upgrade my connections later?
Yes. Contact support with your order reference and we'll explain the available options for adding connections.
Pricing & billing
How much does Kemo IPTV cost?
Prices start at $13 for 1 month with one connection. Six months with one connection is $49 and 12 months is $69. All prices are in USD.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price of your plan. Note that some third-party player apps (for example IBO Player) charge their own activation fee to their developer — that is separate from your plan.
Why do prices vary by number of connections?
Each extra connection allows another simultaneous stream, so the price increases with the number of connections. Every combination is shown on the Pricing page.
Free trial
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can request a 24-hour free trial. Trial details are typically sent within 1–3 hours after your request is reviewed. No payment is needed for the trial.
How long does it take to receive my trial?
Trial requests are reviewed by a person, so details are typically sent within 1–3 hours after your request is reviewed. It can occasionally take longer at very busy times. Check your spam folder and WhatsApp.
When does the 24-hour trial start?
The 24 hours start when your trial is activated and the login details are sent — not when you submit the request.
Can I request more than one trial?
Trials are limited to one per household or person so we can offer them fairly.
Devices & apps
Which devices can I use?
Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Windows, Mac, MAG boxes, Formuler, NVIDIA Shield, Enigma2 receivers and Kodi-based devices. Roku and PlayStation need workarounds.
Which player app should I use?
TiviMate is excellent on Android TV and Fire TV, IPTVX or UHF on Apple devices, IBO Player Pro on Samsung and LG, and MYTVOnline on Formuler. Each device guide lists recommended players.
Does Kemo IPTV have its own app?
No. You use a third-party IPTV player app from an official app store. This lets you pick the player that suits your device best.
Is there 4K content?
Yes, some channels and titles are available in 4K alongside FHD and HD. 4K playback needs a 4K-capable device, TV and a fast, stable connection.
Setup & activation
What login details will I receive?
You'll receive Xtream Codes details (server URL, username, password) and an M3U playlist link. For MAG and some Formuler setups we can register your device's MAC address and send a portal URL instead.
How long does activation take after payment?
After your payment is confirmed, our team prepares and sends your subscription details. Activation is handled by a person rather than automatically, so allow some time and keep an eye on your email and WhatsApp.
Does it include a TV guide (EPG)?
Yes. With an Xtream Codes login, compatible players load the guide automatically. With M3U, add the separate EPG link from your activation email.
Is catch-up available?
Catch-up (replay) is available on supported channels in compatible players such as TiviMate and IPTV Smarters. Not every channel offers catch-up.
Payment methods
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay where shown on the secure checkout page for your device. We can also arrange PayPal, cryptocurrency or bank transfer — choose your preferred method at checkout and our team will send instructions.
Is card payment secure?
Card payments are processed on Stripe's secure hosted payment page. Your card details are entered on Stripe, not on our website, and we never see or store your full card number.
When will I receive my payment link?
After you place an order we email your payment instructions. If a secure payment link is ready for your plan it's included in that email; otherwise a team member sends personal payment instructions.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days. Each request is reviewed according to our Refund Policy and your consumer rights.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support with your order reference, the email used for the order and a short description of the issue.
Troubleshooting
Why is my stream buffering?
Usually because of Wi-Fi quality, other devices using bandwidth or an under-powered device. Ethernet, a router restart and clearing the player cache fix most cases.
What internet speed do I need?
As a guide: about 10 Mbps for HD, 15–25 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K, per stream. Stability matters as much as speed.
Do I need a VPN?
No, a VPN is optional. It can help with some routing problems but may also slow streams. Test with and without it.
Support
How can I contact support?
WhatsApp, Telegram, email or the contact form. Include your order or trial reference so we can help faster.
Will support ask for my password?
We may ask you to confirm details privately to verify your account, but never share your password or playlist link in public groups, comments or reviews.
Legal & privacy
What personal data do you collect?
Only what's needed to deliver your trial or order: name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp, country, device details and any notes you add. The Privacy Policy lists the service providers that process this data.
Are you affiliated with any broadcaster or league?
No. We're an independent reseller and we're not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any broadcaster, sports league, film studio or streaming platform.
