Quick answer
“Invalid login” almost always means a typo in the server URL, username or password, or that the trial/subscription has expired. Re-type the details exactly as they appear in your activation email, including http:// and the port number.
What you might see
- “Invalid username or password”
- “Authorization failed”
- “Account expired” or “Account disabled”
Likely causes
- Typing errors (credentials are case-sensitive)
- Server URL missing http:// or the port number
- Extra space copied before or after a value
- Trial or subscription has ended
- Too many devices connected at once
Step-by-step fixes
- Re-type each field. Type rather than paste on TVs to avoid hidden spaces. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
- Check the server URL format. Use the exact format from your email, for example http://example-server.tld:8080 — no trailing slash unless shown.
- Check your plan dates. Trials last 24 hours from activation. If your plan has ended, renew from the Pricing page.
- Close other sessions. If you're over your connection limit, stop playback on other devices and wait a minute.
